The top one features a Takashi Murakami piece called 747-747, I think. It's helvetica font with faux bold. In its manifest form, it was a bit small, but it's still probably my favorite.
The one below comes from a book I borrowed that chronicles Winston Smith's (most notable for Dead Kennedy's art) career working primarily with collages. I've used three of his collages thus far for flyers. The flyer is the second one that was made for our first show. A second one became necessary when Peregrine lost their drummer and had to drop off, and then American Cheeseburger also dropped off. Instead, Bukkake Boys, friends from ours from Atlanta playing old-school hardcore, ripped up Flicker with us. The door made $275 that night and we were happy that both Thou and Bukkake Boys went home with a decent amount of cash.
